Walk past the buffet through the doors and through the glass doors onto the elevated patio area. Best way to the beach from the South Tower is take the elevators to the SECOND Floor, then walk out and Make a left and proceed towards the buffet.
The South Tower is the closest to both the beach AND the casino.
